# Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you use hs.devwrks.co or one of my HubSpot modules, and what happens to it. devwrks is run by me, an independent developer. I keep things simple and collect as little as I can.

## The modules themselves

My modules don't collect, store or send any information about you or your website visitors. They don't use cookies, tracking or analytics. They run entirely inside your own HubSpot pages.

Some module settings let you choose a Google Font. If you do, the visitor's browser loads that font from Google, the same way it would for any Google Font on your site. Google's [privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) covers that.

## When you install a module

Installs and payments go through the HubSpot Template Marketplace. HubSpot collects and processes your payment details; I never see them. HubSpot may share basic details with me, such as your name, email, company and HubSpot account ID, so I can see who installed a module and offer support. I use these only for that, and I never sell them or use them for marketing without asking.

## When you contact me

If you email me or use the contact form on devwrks.co, I get your name, email address and whatever you write. I use it to reply and help you, and nothing else.

## This website

hs.devwrks.co is hosted on HubSpot. Like most websites, HubSpot may log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, and may set cookies to keep the site working and measure traffic. You can see and change your choices in the cookie banner where one is shown. HubSpot's [privacy policy](https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy) explains how it handles this.

The docs pages may also load:

- fonts from Google Fonts, for the live demo
- videos from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo, which only load what they need to play the video

## How long I keep it

I keep emails and install details for as long as I need them to support you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.

## Your rights

You can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Get in touch through [devwrks.co](https://www.devwrks.co) and I'll sort it out.

## Changes to this policy

If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
