# Terms of Service

These terms cover the HubSpot CMS modules I sell or give away under the name devwrks, and this website, hs.devwrks.co. devwrks is run by me, an independent developer, not a company. By installing one of my modules or using this site, you agree to these terms.

## How you get a module

All modules are listed and installed through the HubSpot Template Marketplace. HubSpot handles payments, refunds and installation, and its own Marketplace terms apply as well as these. If the two ever disagree, HubSpot's terms win for anything to do with buying and refunds.

## What you can do with it

- Use the module on any website in the HubSpot account it was installed in, on as many pages as you like.
- Change its settings, text, colors and fonts in the page editor.
- Use it on client sites if you install it in each client's own HubSpot account.

## What you can't do

- Resell, share or give away the module or its code, on its own or as part of another product.
- Copy the code into another module, theme or template that you sell or publish.
- Remove or hide who made it, or claim it as your own work.

## Updates and support

I fix bugs and keep modules working with HubSpot as it changes, and updates arrive through HubSpot. Support is offered by email, in English, for help setting a module up and for anything that isn't working as described. I can't build custom changes for free, but you're welcome to ask about paid work through [devwrks.co](https://www.devwrks.co).

## Refunds

Refunds for paid modules are handled by HubSpot under its Marketplace refund policy. If something isn't working, please get in touch first so I can try to fix it.

## No guarantee

I test every module carefully, but they're provided as they are. I can't promise a module will be free of errors, work with every theme, or suit every purpose. It's up to you to check that it works on your site before you publish.

## Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost data or downtime that come from using a module or this site. If I am found responsible for anything, the most I'll owe is what you paid for the module in question.

## This website

The text, images, demos and code on hs.devwrks.co belong to devwrks. You can read and try everything here, but please don't copy it for your own products or site.

## Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using a module or this site after a change, the new terms apply.
